Agile Planning for Embedded Development Teams Training PDF Print E-mail

This course introduces the team to Agile Development and Planning Practices. The principles of Agile Planning are taught including requirements decomposition into Stories, relative effort estimation, incremental delivery and evolution, along with the planning and tracking practices in wide use in Agile today.
